Remote Python Engineer

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python, with a preference for experience in Flask
• Solid understanding of database management and experience working with SQL
• Proven track record of developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Proficient use of GitHub for version control
• Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical implementation, maintenance and support of the existing platform and applications
• Write unit and functional tests; ensure a high quality delivered work
• Take end-to-end ownership, from design/development to production
• Develop backend functionalities according to business specs
• Efficiently collaborate with other team’s members and stakeholders
• Perform other related duties as required
