Responsibilities

• Guide regulatory compliance in HSE, ensuring Avetta's products and services meet country-specific standards
• Communicate key regulatory changes to internal stakeholders, staying current with international HSE regulations and trends
• Assess Avetta's HSE products and services for compliance gaps, develop action plans, and ensure alignment with local laws
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to integrate HSE compliance requirements into localization processes and meet client needs
• Maintain accurate records of HSE compliance efforts, including assessments, corrective actions, and status reports
• Train and guide Avetta's teams and partners on global HSE compliance requirements and best practices
• Ensure timely deliverables from third-party consultants, adhering to SLAs
• Track and report on quality, cost, and turnaround times of HSE projects quarterly
• Maintain HSE regulatory content libraries and tools
• Develop, document, and implement efficient and scalable HSE processes
• Drive improvement initiatives related to country-specific HSE regulatory content, processes, and data
• Performs other duties as assigned
• May be required to attend training, meetings, or seminars
• Required to travel in the event of customer or client meetings
