Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales/ customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in both languages: Punjabi and English
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in cloud computing - Salesforce is a plus
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards, company policies and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of Bobtails services to confirm quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
  • Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as Onboarding, Retention and Buyout Specialist environmental, and health and safety goals/KPIs
  • Analyze and investigate service complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
  • Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development
  • Provide training and support to quality assurance team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
