Remote Quantitative Analyst

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a role such as quantitative analyst/developer, trader, or product manager within financial services, focusing on trading/pricing/risk managing derivatives or designing/managing an MTF/clearing house
• Experience working in tech firms and collaborating with engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate issues and ideas to various levels of seniority, both internally and externally
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex workflows and excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Help create new features for our derivatives offering
• Deliver detailed product requirements and work closely with engineering on technical feasibility and implementation plans
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, proposing and delivering innovative solutions
• Monitor and analyze product performance data to drive future improvements
• Perform data analytics using metrics to identify trends and themes
