Requirements
- Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools like workflows, process builder, and flows
- Data Management: Strong understanding of data hygiene, integrity, and security practices
- User Support: Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in user support and training
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Salesforce CRM system, including system upgrades and ensuring data hygiene and integrity
- Manage configuration changes in a sandbox environment and move data between environments using continuous delivery/integration tools
- Build and coordinate complex dashboards, views, and reports using Salesforce standard and custom objects
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Manager and stakeholders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements
- Provide user support and manage support tickets, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operation
- Implement complex business processes using workflows, process builder, approval processes, and flows
- Customize applications in Lightning Experience, including page layouts, fields, tabs, and business processes
- Handle all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
- Conduct user training, create training materials on basic Salesforce navigation, and monitor user adoption
- Perform data integrity tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts
- Ensure the security and integrity of the application software by defining object- and field-level security, maintaining role hierarchies, and sharing rules
- Work with various Salesforce standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Cases, Campaigns, Reports, and Dashboards
- Assist in implementing identified and recommended areas within Sales and Customer Services processes that can be improved via system enhancements and automation
- Handle projects, including less complex ones, ensuring proper implementation and completion under the guidance of the Senior Salesforce Administrator
- Manage data integration processes, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems, and promptly resolve data integration issues
- Escalate concerns to the Senior Salesforce Administrator for proper guidance and resolution
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
