Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC) platform
• Practical knowledge of SFMC Engagement application
• Programing in HTML, AMPScript, SQL
• Knowledge of SFMC REST and SOAP APIs
• English and Polish working proficiency

Responsibilities

• Creating dynamic and personalized marketing campaigns
• Designing marketing templates, automations, and integrations
• Testing message deliverability and responsiveness across devices and email clients
• Documenting processes and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and continuously monitoring system performance
• Collaborating on business process design and configuration within the Salesforce platform, closely working with other teams and the client
• Providing analytical support to the client and team members
• Expanding the project by enhancing the architecture and implementing custom solutions
