Requirements

  • Experienced in 2-3 fully life cycle programs in leading complex SAP S4 HANA driven Change Programs
  • Knowledgeable in S4 HANA Change Management Methodology (SAP Activate Methodology or equivalent)
  • Experienced in development of Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Collection, Change Communications, Process Adoption, and Training Development and Delivery
  • Bachelor’s Degree. Master's degree preferred (Business, Communications, Social Sciences, HR, Psychology or equivalent)
  • Minimum 8-10 years professional experience
  • Experience working in consulting projects
  • Ability to interact and influence people in different parts of the organization
  • Empathy and active listening capabilities
  • Strategic and systems thinking
  • Strong facilitation and coaching and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop change management strategy and plans, program messaging and leadership enablement
  • Provide hands-on leadership and support and input to critical path deliverables and milestones, and ensure that the OCM services meet the targeted needs of impacted stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison with other workstream leaders, ensuring integration and consistency for impacted stakeholders across the broader engagement
  • Partner with client OCM Decision Makers to lead execution of all OCM activities
  • Consult with business sponsors OCM Success Manager(s) and system integrator executives while driving iterative, collaborative progress across change management, communications, and training teams
  • Provide hands-on support and direction to Change Management, Communications and Training Leads (and client counterparts)
  • Ensure that OCM services meet the targeted needs of impacted stakeholders resulting from the changes that the new process, roles, and technology brings
  • Deliver OCM reporting, measurements, and report progress to Client Leadership

Project Title: SAP S4/HANA Change Management Lead

Level: Mid-Senior

Project Length: This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 12 months

Project Hours:  40 hours per week (has to be above 30 hours to be full-time)

Location: Remote-Philadelphia

The expected compensation range for this contract is $200K per year . The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.

Key Responsibilities: One of our premier clients is seeking an SAP S4 Change Management Leader. The SAP S4 Change Management Leader will be responsible for the development and execution of a change management strategy and plan lead and execute the OCM activities to enable clients to successfully step into digital transformation for SAP S/4 HANA. The SAP S4 Change Management Leader will drive all change management and communications deliverables and activities as the client explores, realizes, deploys, and runs several new systems (that come with new processes, data governance, roles, and required behaviors).This professional consulting leader will be responsible for ensuring collaboration and integration across the stakeholder management, communications, and training teams. Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop change management strategy and plans, program messaging and leadership enablement
