Remote Seeding Freelancer

Summary

Join our team as a Seeder Manager, responsible for end-to-end seeding operations, sourcing suitable seeders, and managing equipment inventory. This is a remote-friendly role with a base pay of $30 per successful seeder and a bonus up to $650/month.

Requirements

• Must attend 1 mandatory training before starting
• Must be able to come into the office during working hours (CBD) as and when needed to arrange for delivery and collection
• Must own a laptop
• Minimally commit for 6 months

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end seeding operations
• Source for suitable seeders that are photographers/videographers/content creators to take part in a camera loan programme (Can be done remotely)
• Pack the equipment and arrange for delivery and collection (Must be done onsite)
• Monitor the equipment inventory on regular basis to ensure no discrepancies
• Be the main point of contact for these seeders
• Be able to hit the target of 15 seeders every month

Benefits

• $30/Successful Seeder + Bonus (If hit target): $200, up to $650/month
