Remote Senior Accounting Analyst, Inventory and Costs

Requirements

• Accountant with 5 years of general accounting experience
• At least 2 years of experience with inventory reconciliations is required
• External audit experience in Big4 (EY, PWC, KPMG, Deloitte) or other Big Accounting Firm auditing Retail or Ecommerce companies is a must
• Fluent in English is a must
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures is a must. IFRS / SOX / US GAAP is a plus
• Advanced Excel is a must
• Experience with Netsuite ERP or another ERP will be valued

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our inventory accounting processes
• Provide timely and precise financial information that supports effective decision-making
• Play a critical part in the accounting closing process, inventory reconciliations, and validation of inventory accuracy and valuation
• Enhance inventory processes and participate in the external audit process
• Support documentation, reconciliation, and variance analysis to uphold the highest standards of financial accuracy and operational excellence
