Requirements

• Senior experience in mainframe environments, particularly in application maintenance and operational support
• Expertise in the EBON (Beschaffung Online) system or similar procurement and logistics applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in the German language for daily communication and documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level (2nd and 3rd level) support and maintenance for the EBON mainframe-based application, ensuring maximum uptime and performance
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis, implementing solutions to ensure system reliability and availability
• Manage incidents, change requests, and maintain system performance and stability in collaboration with the maintenance team
• Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance tasks
• Collaborate closely with the development team to implement long-term solutions and improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong track record in 2nd and 3rd level operational support roles
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
