The Role:As a Data Analyst at Neo4j, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with data engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. Your role will involve generating reports, building dashboards, and performing exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and patterns that drive business value.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data is clean, well-organized, and accessible for analysis.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data used for reporting and decision-making.
• Partner with different teams to understand their data needs, define metrics, and help translate business questions into data-driven answers.
• Utilize SQL and other querying tools to extract and manipulate data from various databases and systems.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within datasets to help drive strategic business decisions.
• Communicate technical data concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices, tools, and methodologies in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications:

• ​​5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction. Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Preset.io, or Looker.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data warehousing and cloud platforms like Google Cloud, BigQuery, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.

Annual Base Salary Range for This Role

$130,000—$200,000 USD
