Requirements

  • 4+ years of data science and product analytics industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience in product development focused on user experience; trust & safety experience is a bonus
  • Proficiency with relational database (SQL), programming (Python), statistics, experimentation, and causal inference analyses
  • Motivated and self-directed, demonstrated ability to innovate and bias toward action in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to communicate and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to tackle ambiguous and undefined problems

Responsibilities

  • Use data to inform strategic directions of consumer safety and safety signals product development, and understand the impact of product launches
  • Tactically support product development, product launch and go-to-market
  • Derive user insights and problem insights from data, and partner with User Research to combine qualitative and quantitative evidence for better decision-making
  • Improve Safety Org's logging/eventing, data warehouse, self-service analytics, and data practices
