Senior Developer SecOps Engineer

Summary

Join Second Front Systems as a Senior DevSecOps Engineer and contribute to ensuring the security of cloud-native tools and services. Design, build, and integrate security tools, automate processes, and adapt IaC with Pulumi in Golang. Work on complex problems, strive for unique solutions, and collaborate with the Principal Security Engineer and DevSecOps Engineering Team.

Requirements

• Experience solving complex problems and designing application logic
• Extensive knowledge of DevSecOps tools and software development
• Ability to create and implement incident response plans
• Kubernetes knowledge and understanding of networking
• Background in cybersecurity and understanding of vulnerability risk analysis
• Knowledge of AWS and/or Google cloud services
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• DoD Secret Clearance
• Ability to attain 8570 baseline IAT 2 Certification within 3 months of hire date
• Golang
• Infrastructure as Code

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with Principal Security Engineer and DevSecOps Engineering Team
• Design, manage, and update IaC with Pulumi in golang
• Design, build, and implement microservices in golang
• Maintain and adapt SIEM and Security Tooling
• Document applications and process you create
