Requirements

  • Good command of English
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Front End Developer
  • Solid experience with ReactJS and its core principles, including related ecosystem and tooling and state management libraries
  • Experience with JavaScript and Typescript-based web front-end applications
  • Experience with Asynchronous programming
  • Strong knowledge and experience with HTML5, CSS3 and SASS
  • Experience building responsive websites for different device types/screen sizes
  • Experience using GraphQL APIs to retrieve data from the backend
  • Basic knowledge of graphics and graphics programs
  • Good knowledge of frontend toolchains
  • Strong knowledge of Git versioning control tool
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Good problem-solving/debugging skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Community features of the Learning Platform
  • Meet challenging deadlines in biweekly sprints
  • Follow project development and manage tasks related to the project's implementation
  • Develop code with a focus on quality, working closely with QA
  • Work in an Agile, Scrum international team with other backend and frontend developers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Angular 2+
  • Basic experience with any BE programming language
  • Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services
  • Experience with REST API
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with TDD / BDD, unit testing, integration testing
