Summary

Join our dynamic team at Work Truck Solutions as a Senior FullStack .Net Developer, where you'll work on a development team of 4-5 developers in an Agile Scrum environment. You'll be responsible for building high-quality software, working with technical and non-technical teams, and contributing to the architecture of our cloud platform.

Requirements

  • Computer Science or related technical degree, or demonstrable equivalent expertise
  • 5+ years of professional Object-Oriented Programming experience, preferably C#
  • 3+ of years experience with database design and writing SQL queries, procedures, scripts and optimizing SQL code using SQL profiling tools
  • Experience in the .NET stack, including Visual Studio, SQL Server, and the .NET Framework
  • Full stack web development experience including responsive design, ASP.net MVC, JS, jQuery, and REST
  • Having experience with Svelte frontend framework is a plus
  • Strong experience with concurrent development using Git or similar DVCS including branching, pull requests, and merging. Experience with conflict resolution preferred
  • Ability to work independently and complete complex projects with little direction
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize new libraries, tools, and technologies
  • Experience with the Azure Cloud Platform is a plus
  • Experience writing robust third-party API client code is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build high-quality, secure, and performant software according to specifications and timeframes while still raising questions and clarifying early as needed
  • Work and communicate with technical and non-technical teams
  • Follow established coding standards and best practices and write readable, maintainable code
  • Create and maintain SQL queries for new and existing data structures
  • Communicate effectively with a distributed team, raising issues and concerns promptly
  • Contribute to the architecture of our cloud platform and software systems
  • Write technical product specifications when required to lead a project
