Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience producing software for release to commercial customers
  • Proficiency in developing high-quality software
  • Familiarity with GIT
  • Cloud-native application development
  • Web UI work using Javascript based frameworks like Angular and React a plus
  • Experience with Cloud based deployments including SaaS (Software as a Service)
  • Significant Spring / Spring Boot experience a plus
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Understanding of SOA / microservice architectures, including
  • High-availability and fault-tolerant service configurations
  • How to create stateless services
  • Understand the tradeoff between delivery and tech-debt and be able to balance the two for business value and developer efficiency
  • Experience migrating from legacy monolithic applications to a microservices based architecture
  • Working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure
  • Docker / Kubernetes development
  • Linux familiarity
  • Experience with no-SQL databases like Mongo DB
  • Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP

Overview:

Hypori is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer. As a valued member of our platform services team, you will collaborate in our full agile software development process, including troubleshooting, design, coding, and testing bug fixes and new functionality. You should be familiar with good Object-Oriented Design principles and with SOLID principles. You will implement automated unit and integration tests to help prevent regressions. You will code primarily in Java and will leverage the Spring Boot framework and other open-source technologies to produce the microservices that power Hypori product features.

You will deliver code through an evolving CI/CD pipeline to on-prem and public cloud deployments. You will work on a small team to solve large problems that require serious initiative, critical thinking, eager collaboration across teams, informed risk-taking, and clear communication.

Qualifications:
