Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Expertise in mobile development using React Native or native mobile languages (both) like Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android)
• Extensive experience with mobile development frameworks and tools, including Android Studio and Xcode
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and a user-centered design approach
• Competence in backend development using Python, NodeJS, or Go, with experience in creating RESTful APIs and scalable backend services
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working with backend teams to ensure seamless data flow
• Proven track record of building and deploying scalable, production-grade mobile applications
• Ability to manage app releases to app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store)
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, focusing on mobile-specific integrations and backend infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to balance speed and quality, with ownership in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and deploying scalable mobile applications using React Native or native development frameworks for iOS and Android
• Leading key architectural decisions to ensure responsive and intuitive mobile experiences while making sure that user-centered design principles are adhered to
• Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to drive the product vision, identify user needs, and translate those needs into impactful features
• Managing mobile app deployment processes, ensuring performance optimization, and integrating backend services
• Developing and maintaining backend services using Python, NodeJS or Go, managing cloud infrastructure with AWS, and leveraging serverless technologies to create an integrated and robust backend to support mobile applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UX Design, contributing to intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI-driven applications, particularly for enhancing mobile user interfaces
• Knowledge of natural language processing for legal or business applications is a plus
• Experience in Product Management or an entrepreneurial mindset is a big plus, especially if you enjoy taking ownership of features and working to identify user needs and translate them into compelling mobile and backend solutions
