  • Present a professional appearance, wear badges identifying them as contractors, and maintain ability to gain access to military installations

Responsibilities

  • Lead Five (5)-Month Sr. Leadership DEIA Training Seminar: VIRTUAL
  • Provide training attendees with competence and confidence to foster courageous and inclusive cultures, increase diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility awareness
  • Conduct pre-consultation prior to training or within first week of training: Initial assessment of each student Assess experience levels, pre-existing knowledge elated to the DEIA discussions Groups identified based on knowledge (for coaching sessions/role play scenarios)
  • Deliver Bi-Weekly- One full day training class (No more than 8 hours) which includes role play scenarios
  • Conduct Bi-weekly (weeks off from full day training class) one 90 minute coaching session on off weeks. Group sessions
  • Deliver THREE (3)Day Workshop : IN PERSON

Job description

Job Title:Senior Leadership Executive Training BPA

Location: Remote

Duties:

  • Five (5)-Month Sr. Leadership DEIA Training Seminar:VIRTUAL The training will provide the training attendees with both the competence and confidence to foster more courageous and inclusive cultures, increase diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) awareness, allow members to conduct a self-assessment and gain understanding on how to move towards actions of eliminating barriers and implementing DEIA principles.

1.3.1.1.            Seminars (Single Occupancy - 15 Students) per seminar. 15 Students with an option to add a maximum of 12 additional students in increments of 3 students at a time as required.

1.3.1.2.            ALL LIVE-VIRTUAL (via Zoom or MS TEAMS)

1.3.1.3. Pre-consultation prior to training or within first week of training:

  • Initial assessment of each student
    • Assess experience levels, pre-existing knowledge elated to the DEIA discussions
  • Groups identified based on knowledge (for coaching sessions/role play scenarios)

1.3.1.4. Bi-Weekly- One full day training class (No more than 8 hours) which includes role play scenarios

  • 1st full day of seminar training shall include a 2 hour program launch explaining the seminar.

1.3.1.5. Bi-weekly (weeks off from full day training class) one 90 minute coaching session on off weeks. Group sessions.

*Bi-weekly, is defined as meaning every other week. Notwithstanding the forgoing, each month of training shall be limited to one full day of training and one 90 minute group coaching session.

  • THREE (3)Day Workshop: IN PERSON 3 day Workshop (Single Occupancy - 15 Students) per workshop. 15 Students with an option to add a maximum of 12 additional students in increments of 3 students at a time as required. The workshop must include research from university faculty familiar with Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of the Air Force DEIA programs and practices, and recently experienced in executive education of senior DoD leadership GO/SES program executive officers, Air Force and Space Force Senior Enlisted Leader Councils and/or other key operational and strategic-levels staff. This workshop must include pre-consultation and customization of the 3 day workshop and will be presented by at least two trained facilitators. Classes should be held on three consecutive days. Pricing must include customization, consultation, preparation, instructors and all training materials. Workshop will be held at a government facility and will be provided at call order level
