Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents
  • Experience in driving the engineering team toward a technical roadmap
  • Experience in programming skills in Python, Langchain and SQL is a must
  • Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs

Responsibilities

  • Develop complex GenAI solutions / use cases
  • Develop the design and architecture of the solution proposed by the DM / Tech Lead
  • Apply right methodologies and models as applicable to the development of the GenAI models
  • Use your technical expertise to suggest recommendations, or best practices for implementation
