Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network support and administration
• Strong knowledge of Citrix technologies, specifically XenApp/XenDesktop
• Proficient in Linux server administration and scripting languages
• Experience with network monitoring tools and protocols
• Understanding of network security, VPNs, and firewalls
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Relevant certifications in Citrix or Linux (e.g., CCA, LPIC) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Citrix environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability
• Administer and maintain Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Implement and manage network security protocols to safeguard data
• Monitor network performance and proactively address potential issues
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system integrations and updates
• Create documentation and training materials for users and technical staff
• Stay current with developments in network technology and security practices
