Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Experience working in high performance applications or services
• An interest in optimizing and evaluating software from a non-functional point of view
• Experience writing automated tests and measuring performance of software
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., JIRA) and processes
• Able to execute within a distributed software development team

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance tests to measure application scalability, stability, and responsiveness under various load conditions
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts for load, stress, endurance, and capacity tests, ensuring they simulate real-world usage
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and establish benchmarks to track performance improvements over time
