Remote Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years experience supporting and testing highly-available, scalable and modern web applications and chrome extension using the Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience supporting/testing Chrome extensions
• Integration testing with 3rd parties, such as CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)
• Experience testing APIs
• Testing and automating full feature releases, relatively unsupervised
• Experience with Complex Manual Testing
• Deep experience supporting/testing design, development, and implementation of scalable and performant web services

Responsibilities

• Lead building quality attributes and requirements for testing
• Create and maintain existing automation and test scripts
• Create testing strategies for ensuring application stability
• Collaborate with teams to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Execute test cases meticulously, identify defects, and report issues with clarity and precision
• Dig deep into the codebase, exploring every nook and cranny to uncover bugs and glitches
• Utilize your analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and document software defects, ensuring they are addressed promptly
• Continuously evaluate and enhance our quality assurance processes and methodologies
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication throughout the testing process
