Summary

Join Collibra's Test Engineering team to take part in testing activities and assist in the successful execution of testing strategies. Develop and promote testing knowledge within an Agile team, share experience on testing tools, and drive experimentation towards further improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Test Automation
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools (JIRA or similar) and processes
• Experience in Java and/or TypeScript and hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Cypress, Playwright, Rest Assured, etc.)
• Experience with DevOps, Gradle, Jenkins and Docker
• Good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with fellow co-workers
• Ability to identify flaws in the testing process, toolset, infrastructure and to propose and drive necessary improvements
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
• You must have work authorization to work in Poland

Responsibilities

• Take part in testing activities in the Scrum Team
• Assist in the successful execution of testing strategies
• Develop and promote the testing knowledge within an Agile team
• Provide the needed help and assistance in enabling developers to test
• Share your experience on a variety of testing tools relevant to our business environment
• Drive experimentation towards further improvements
• Define and maintain metrics and promote testing awareness within Engineering
• Promote a shift-left approach in testing across Engineering
• Drive Test Data definition and develop scalable frameworks and tools to solve problems
