Remote Senior Security Engineer

Requirements

• Have experience designing and implementing security controls for CI/CD pipelines and micro-services infrastructure
• Have experience with SAST, DAST, and Vulnerability Scanners
• Have experience with Code Review
• Have a background as a Software Developer
• Have experience with Public Cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
• Have knowledge in Linux, containers, and networking
• Be proficient in any modern language (Java, Go, Python, etc)
• Have knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as OWASP and Mitre’s ATT&CK
• Have knowledge of Security Champions programs
• Have experience with Infrastructure as Code
• Be able to speak English and Portuguese fluently and idiomatically

Responsibilities

• Help define the DevSecOps strategy and security architecture eliminating vulnerabilities within our applications since the first stages of development
• Ensure successful deliveries and promote the long-term technical health of our projects
• Provide security practices at all stages of the software development process
• Develop and implement tools and processes that encourage collaboration between developers, security experts, and operations teams to create efficient and secure software
• Share knowledge within Wellhub, facilitating access for new members
