Remote Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Config (Integrations)

Summary

Join the Cloud Config team at dbt Labs as a Senior Engineer and collaborate with internal partners, product teams, and engineers to design and implement enterprise-grade third-party integrations. Work across various programming languages, systems, and technologies to support complex integrations powering dbt Cloud.

Requirements

• Have experience integrating third party tooling (e.g., Stripe, Slack, git, data warehouses) into production software
• Have a strong background in auth
• Care about users and understanding their needs
• Are a self-starter and can lead a group of engineers from inception to implementation of ideas
• Understand how to make tradeoffs to ship useful features today without sacrificing long-term quality
• Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with many internal partners and product teams to design a rich product experience
• Partner closely with other engineers on the team, product managers, and designers to implement enterprise-grade third-party integrations
• Manage and monitor the systems you build at scale

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a strong knowledge of observability and debugging production issues at scale
• Have frontend/full-stack experience
