Senior Software Engineer - Data Search

Summary

Join Woven by Toyota's AD/ADAS Data Platform team as a Staff SWE to enable next-generation automotive software development, working on high-impact projects and innovating new solutions in the self-driving space.

Requirements

• Experience working in a distributed team in a fast-changing environment
• Experience building scalable and reliable distributed systems for Data Processing or similar areas
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java or C++
• Hands-on experience developing cloud applications (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with technologies like BigQuery and/or SnowFlake

Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact projects and innovate new solutions to problems in the self-driving space
• Work with Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Simulation engineers on high-impact projects
• Understand the complex data requirements of modern ML development and evolve our data ecosystem to meet these needs
• Design and implementation of new solutions that increase the usage and the impact of data for AD/ADAS development
• Work on distributed systems that serve, process and transform large quantities of data in the cloud

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in building data products and/or ML applications/work with ML teams
• Experience in influencing and driving change in complex organizations
• Experience with matrix organizations
