Requirements
- Recent past (<18 months) media application developer experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 5 years of experience building applications on Apple platforms
- Proficiency in Swift language, SwiftUI and UIKit
- Prior tvOS experience
- Thorough knowledge of the iOS platform and deep familiarity with Xcode
- Comfortable working with Bitrise, Git, and Jira
Responsibilities
- Partner with fellow engineers to innovate, develop and scale our app architecture
- Lead engineering initiatives that improve developer experience and feature velocity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, scope, and ship new features
- Design, develop and test tvOS and iOS applications
- Collaborate with backend services teams to design and integrate APIs
- Promote best practices in UX/UI appropriate to the platform (Ex: HIG for iOS)
- Follow best engineering practices by ensuring unit-test coverage and working with QA on test automations
