Requirements

• Expertise in managing, monitoring, and optimizing enterprise-level systems (e.g., servers, databases, virtualized environments)
• Proficiency in supporting and configuring business-critical applications such as SharePoint, Office 365, and cloud-based platforms
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud resources
• Advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and experience ensuring systems meet regulatory compliance standards
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks and improve system efficiency
