Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Wintel infrastructure engineering
- Proven expertise in Azure cloud migration and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Strong background in Office 365 migrations (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- SQL Server administration and optimization skills
- Experience with Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019), Active Directory , and PowerShell scripting
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage seamless system migrations to Microsoft Azure
- Execute migrations across Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams with minimal downtime
- Administer and optimize SQL Server environments
- Plan and implement effective data migrations to cloud or hybrid systems
- Manage AVD environments to ensure performance and scalability
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and support other IT teams with new tech integrations
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues to ensure high availability and security
