Join our team at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions as a Service Owner for Events and Meetings, responsible for defining product strategy, managing teams, and delivering high-quality solutions for meetings and live events.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of current event and meeting solutions especially of the current Microsoft portfolio (Microsoft Teams, Teams Webinars, Town Halls)
- Experience with the Cisco product stack including Webex and Webex Webinar
- Good experience in organizing big virtual or hybrid events
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German (e.g. communicate new features, new processes, team communication, communication with key stakeholders)
- Knowledge of risk and impediment processes
- Professional experience in planning budget and resources
Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and vision for the services in alignment with the Product Manager and Service Hub Owner
- Create and align backlog items with customers and key stakeholders
- Maintain the team backlog (prioritization)
- Perform Iteration Planning and coordinate planned items with the other Service Owners
- Manage a team of between 5 and 10 colleagues mainly in Germany and Hungary
- Plan budget and resources for the respective products and services
- Identify and manage impediments and risks
