Requirements
- Experience: Strong ownership mentality and experience leading technical problems across the stack, typically with 4-6 years of professional software development experience

Responsibilities
- Lead Feature Development: Design and implement new end-to-end, full-stack features that enhance patient payment experiences
- Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver new features and improvements
- Code Quality: Uphold high code quality standards through thoughtful peer reviews
- Performance Optimization: Improve the speed and reliability of our existing applications
- Friction Reduction: Identify and eliminate pain points in the payment flow to increase payment success rates
- Infrastructure Improvement: Develop infrastructure to better manage and enhance payment success rates
Benefits
- Salary/Hourly Rate Range: $170,000 - $200,000
- This role is equity eligible
