Staff Audio Algorithm Engineer

Requirements

• BS, MS or Ph.D in an engineering discipline, preferably related to digital signal processing
• 8+ years of related experience
• 5+ years of experience developing audio algorithms for portable consumer electronics, including some of the following activities: Prototyping and deploying new audio algorithms in Audio Weaver, Matlab, C++, Python and Tensor Flow
• Ability to work well with other humans

Responsibilities

• Develop and verify audio algorithms for GoPro cameras and accessories
• Discover, define, develop, and deploy audio algorithms into GoPro devices
• Enjoy a wide variety of work activities. Develop audio algorithms in the morning. Work with vendors to evaluate proposed algorithms in the afternoon
