Requirements
- Experienced 3-5 years for installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting Enterprise IT products & solutions
- Good understanding of storage types; block (FC, iSCSI), file(CIFS, NFS), object (S3), backup (Deduplication,Compression)
- Good understanding of RAID technologies
- Good understanding of storage technologies SAN, NAS, DAS, Scale-up, Scale-out
- Experienced in one or more Virtualization technologies such as FusionCompute, Vmware, Hyper-V
- Experienced in one or more VDI such as FusionAccess, Citrix, VMware Horizon
- Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking
- Experienced one or more storage products; Huawei, DELL-EMC, HP, Hitachi
- Experienced one or more server products; Huawei, Dell-EMC, HP, Lenovo, Cisco
- Experienced with SAN Network Devices; Brocade, Cisco
- Experienced with Server Operating Systems; Linux, VMware, Windows
- Experienced with base IP network and network switch configurations

- Understanding customer requirements during pre-sales
- Working with related project department, logistics and subcontractor during delivery
- Installation, management and configuration of storage devices
- Installation and maintenance of related management tools
- Post Installation support
