Remote Supervisor, Collections

As a Collections Supervisor at Samsara, you'll oversee accounts receivable efforts, act as a conduit between sales teams and customers, and implement procedures to minimize financial loss.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• 4+ years of experience working in Collections or other AR-related fields
• Knowledge of operational accounts receivable processes
• Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience
• Experience with high volume collections portfolio (500+ accounts)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Help the team manage the day-to-day workload volumes & meet SLAs
• Be responsible for updating management on customer payment issues
• Act as primary AR contact for the sales team
• Perform consistent collections diligence with the team to ensure timely conversion of past due and current accounts receivable. Escalate past due accounts for review and approval for account suspension or when account resolution has not occurred within certain timelines
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to manage Collections escalations in a timely manner
• Help with reporting for the Collections area
• Give continuity to projects to improve the overall Collections rationale and processes
