Remote Supervisor of Home Health Recruiting

We are looking for a leader who can supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of 5-7 HHA recruiters, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in home care, home health, or staffing operations; other relevant operational experience may also be considered
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and recruitment software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to delegate and prioritize effectively
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Adaptability and initiative in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of 5-7 HHA recruiters
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members, conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues when necessary
• Oversee the daily operations of the recruitment team, ensuring that screening, interviews, and orientations are conducted efficiently by recruiters in compliance with organizational guidelines
• Track and ensure the team meets recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting progress to leadership
• Identify areas for process improvement within recruitment and onboarding practices; recommend and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and recruitment outcomes
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment sources, such as schools, job fairs, community events, and referral networks, to create a pipeline of qualified candidates for the agency
• Collaborate with Compliance, the LHCSA Administrator, and other external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process that meets staffing needs
