Requirements

• Interest in gaining experience in placing candidates in various in-house positions
• Curiosity about market trends and a willingness to learn how to create talent pools
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and operational directors
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and a desire to become proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter as a tool

Responsibilities

• Devising and implementing ways to attract passive candidates
• Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates to quickly fill positions
• Locate the perfect profiles for the specific roles
