Remote Technical Graduate (Engineering/CX/Solutions)

Summary

Join us at Bitmovin as a Technical Graduate and work across multiple business units, solving technical problems remotely and on client-site with global customers. You'll have the chance to develop skills in software engineering principles, technical support, customer success, solutions, and more.

Requirements

• A genuine interest and passion for video technology
• A computer science degree, come from a HTL, have  a STEM background or Engineering skills in one commonly used programming language
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand complex technical problems with relentless curiosity
• Motivation to work for a start-up and try your hand at many disciplines
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes

Responsibilities

• Work with our engineering team on a range of software related challenges
• Work with our customer facing teams - Solutions and Support, to understand the importance of a “customer centric” mindset and the challenges we are looking to solve with our product suite
• Have the opportunity to rotate teams to obtain different experiences to shape your career
• Have the opportunity to travel to client locations across the globe (US, EMEA, South America)
