Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sourcing or talent acquisition, focusing on technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists)
  • Strong experience sourcing passive candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn and other technical communities
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean search, X-ray search)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
  • Strong knowledge of the tech industry, technical roles, and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, React)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define job requirements
  • Source and engage top technical talent via channels like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other relevant platforms
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and technical skills
  • Maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future openings
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent
  • Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, pipeline status, and recruitment metrics in the ATS
  • Provide insights into the talent market and share competitive intelligence to improve the recruitment process
  • Represent the company's brand, culture, and values to potential candidates

  • Experience working in a tech-focused company or startup environment
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
