Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with callers
• Ability to follow scripts and guidelines accurately
• UA (Unavailability of Assistance) rate of 20% or lower, demonstrating reliability and availability to handle calls
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges with a solutions-oriented approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and schedules
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and development to enhance job performance and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from Medicare beneficiaries and asking qualifying questions to determine their needs and eligibility for speaking with a sales agent
• Transferring qualified callers to the appropriate sales agent or department for further assistance
• Providing excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
• Adhering to scripts and guidelines provided for call handling and qualification purposes
• Achieving and maintaining a UA (Unavailability of Assistance) rate of 20% or lower, demonstrating reliability and availability to assist callers
• Participating in special projects as assigned by management, including outbound calling campaigns or quality improvement initiatives
• Maintaining a positive and responsive attitude towards customers and colleagues
• Being coachable and receptive to feedback to continuously improve performance
• Responding promptly to chats and participating in group activities to enhance team collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Attending meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
