Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for enterprise imaging solutions
  • Identify and engage prospective customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders, showcasing the advantages of our imaging solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation through to closing, ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and sales metrics to senior management
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff, sharing best practices and strategies for success
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our solutions

Description

The Zone Sales Leader for Informatics is going to be responsible for leading the informatics commercial organization for the East & South zone. The person will be responsible in driving sales for by providing the strategic direction and leadership necessary to evolve the company’s products and services. In addition to leading this initiative, the solutions leader will also be responsible for selling our Informatics Portfolio of RIS and PACS and OS to customers within the South or East Zone.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for enterprise imaging solutions, targeting key healthcare institutions, hospitals, and imaging centers.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders, showcasing the advantages of our imaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation through to closing, ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and sales metrics to senior management.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in informatics and selling solutions in the healthcare industry (preferably Mammography).

  • Demonstrated ability to develop a health care informatics vision consistent with the organization’s mission. Ability to gain the commitment of colleagues and stakeholders to align around this vision to achieve both short and long-term goals.

  • Demonstrated experience in operational improvement, innovative product development, business modeling and execution strategies.

  • Effective at developing strategies for growth and developing positive stakeholder and sponsor relationships. Highly collaborative, cross-functional and systematic.

  • Exceptional strategic planning, management and project implementation skills with keen ability to develop strong consensus among diverse interest groups while delivering results on time and budget.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation on controversial subjects, and ability to write clear, concise and direct narrative and statistical reports.

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (40% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.

Working Environment

Remote. This position requires domestic / international travel up to 25-30%.
