Renovation Feasibility Analyst

Summary

Join RenoFi as a Renovation Feasibility Analyst and play an integral role in the operations unit. You will review residential construction estimates and other documents to complete feasibility reports. The ideal candidate possesses experience in reviewing and evaluating residential renovation contracts, estimates, and plans, accurately and quickly determining data accuracy. This role is well-suited for a former or current General Contractor, HUD Consultant, or construction consultant. You will be responsible for the accuracy of project analysis and report completion within defined timelines. Collaboration with the department leader on best practices is expected, and you will champion RenoFi within the General Contractor community.

Requirements

• 5 years experience reading construction contracts
• 5 years experience in evaluating plans/specs, floor plans, renderings, itemized breakdowns with the ability to determine accuracy in cost and timelines
• 5 years as a General Contractor, or job experience equivalent

Responsibilities

• Complete a review of various residential construction documents and determine if the key factors that determine a projects success are reasonable, with, some times less than ideal construction documents available. Key factors include budget, timeline, accuracy, etc
• Be responsible for the accuracy of the analysis of each project
• Have ownership over the accuracy of each report
• Complete the defined report within reasonable and defined timelines
• Collaborate with the department leader on best practice and minimum submission requirements to perfect the feasibility analysis concept
• Be a champion for RenoFi throughout the General Contractor community
