Requirements

  • Proven experience as a rental agent, counter clerk, leasing consultant, or in a similar role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to explain complex processes and options clearly and concisely
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with handling orders, payments, and service inquiries in the rental industry
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to innovative AI technology

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert insights and guidance on the daily tasks and responsibilities of counter and rental clerks
  • Document and clarify rental processes, from order receipt to payment finalization, to improve AI learning
  • Review, refine, and create training examples that showcase best practices in customer interactions, both written and verbal
  • Describe available rental options, services, and repair processes to guide AI training scenarios
  • Collaborate with the AI development team to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training data
  • Evaluate and test AI outputs for correctness and alignment with real-world rental scenarios
  • Stay updated on industry trends and communicate insights to enhance training materials

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in training or coaching new employees in rental or customer service roles
  • Previous involvement in AI, digital training, or process documentation projects
  • Knowledge of best practices for rental desk operations and customer engagement
