Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated reporting, technical writing, documentation, or communications role, preferably in a technical or analytical environment
- Proven ability to produce high-quality, professional, and audience-appropriate reports and documentation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with documentation tools
- Experience working in a project-oriented or agile environment, managing multiple documentation tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Technical Writing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and produce high-quality project reports, technical documentation, program summaries, and other written deliverables, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and completeness
- Gather and synthesize complex information from diverse sources, including data analyses, project meetings, technical specifications, and subject matter expert interviews
- Ensure all reports and documentation strictly adhere to established formatting guidelines, style guides, branding elements, and accessibility standards for broad usability
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, data analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand content requirements and integrate feedback effectively
- Manage document version control, ensuring that the most current and accurate information is readily available and properly archived for future reference and audit
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of project documentation, reports, templates, and communication materials for efficient access and knowledge management
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, infographics, fact sheets, and other communication materials to support project updates and stakeholder briefings
- Review and meticulously edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, coherence, and adherence to plain language principles
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, improve documentation efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of written outputs
- Provide support for data calls and information requests by retrieving, compiling, and presenting relevant documentation in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications in technical writing, professional communication, content management, or project support are beneficial
