Summary

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with modern programming languages (R, SQL, SAS) or other commonly utilized statistical programming languages (SAS, STATA) used in data science
  • Experience in technical or scientific writing, research design, and statistical analysis protocol development
  • Proficient in data management, manipulation, and analysis, with experience in descriptive and applied statistics using R or other commonly utilized statistical programming languages (SAS, STATA)
  • Able to analyze data and translate it into contextually meaningful and actionable findings
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload without compromising quality and meet deadlines
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations, demonstrating poise, tact, and discernment with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Support the evaluation of clients' return on investment (ROI) and the programmatic impact of Unite Us, collaborating closely with the client throughout the evaluation process
  • Collaborate with senior researchers to develop research protocols and participate in drafting, editing, and proofing internal and external reports and manuscripts
  • Review and interpret scientific literature to maintain an evidence base on health-related social needs and social care innovation
  • Query, transform, and analyze existing Unite Us data and publicly available national datasets to generate novel industry findings related to social care innovation
  • Drafting presentations, posters, and other externally facing content to effectively communicate research findings and engage diverse audiences with data-driven visuals and narratives
  • Support project management and department operations by tracking and communicating the status of ongoing projects, deliverables, and timelines across the research and evaluation team
  • Working independently to assist in the ongoing completion of research project deliverables, ensuring timely progress

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with presenting at research conferences is preferred
