As a key member of the team, you will lead comprehensive research projects, develop research frameworks, analyze data, create knowledge content, monitor industry trends, and build industry expertise.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant research experience
• Degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Journalism, Political Science or a related field is preferred
• Experience autonomously conducting market research with demonstrated impact

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Depth Research: Lead comprehensive research projects on various service trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more
• Develop Research Frameworks: Create robust research methodologies and frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of findings
• Analyze and Synthesize Data: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Create Knowledge Content: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge content repository
• Monitor Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments in the service trades
• Develop Industry Expertise: Build a network of contacts within the industry, including tradespeople, associations, and regulatory bodies
• Track + Measure Impact: Define KPIs of individual projects, track impact, and drive iterative improvements to ultimately deliver on our mission of Jobs Done Well
