Join Point and contribute to making homeownership more accessible by analyzing property data to support the Underwriter team in assessing collateral for home equity investments. You will collaborate with Underwriters and Investor Operations to ensure high-quality analysis and risk mitigation. This full-time night shift position offers both in-office and work-from-home options, with remote work available for experienced candidates meeting specific criteria. The role involves analyzing US residential real estate values, researching properties, and working closely with other teams. Requirements

• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfort presenting and defending analysis decisions
• Fluency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets
• A desire to deliver an uncommon level of quality customer service
• Flexibility in helping with other department tasks

Responsibilities

• Analyze the value of the subject properties we invest in (US residential real estate)
• Analyze the value of the collateral as presented by property valuation products
• Research the subject property and comparables using online sources including county records & MLS, and information provided by real estate professionals and homeowners
• Work closely with the Underwriting and Investor Operations teams to ensure a high level of analytical quality
