Summary
Join Point, a company focused on making homeownership more accessible, as a Property Data Analyst. You will analyze property data to support the Underwriter team in assessing collateral for home equity investments. Collaborate with Underwriters and Investor Operations teams to ensure high-quality analysis and risk mitigation. Requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail

- Fluency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets

Responsibilities
- Analyze the value of subject properties we invest in, focusing on U.S. residential real estate
- Review and assess property valuation products to validate the presented collateral value
- Research subject properties and comparable sales using online sources such as county records, MLS, and information provided by real estate professionals and homeowners
- Collaborate closely with the Underwriting and Investor Operations teams to ensure high analytical standards and reliable property valuation outcomes
