Summary

You will analyze property data to support the Underwriter team in assessing collateral for home equity investments. Responsibilities

• Analyze the value of subject properties we invest in, focusing on U.S. residential real estate
• Review and assess property valuation products to validate the presented collateral value
• Research subject properties and comparable sales using online sources such as county records, MLS, and information provided by real estate professionals and homeowners
• Collaborate closely with the Underwriting and Investor Operations teams to ensure high analytical standards and reliable property valuation outcomes
