Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Expertise in Revit Arch and Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other BIM software
• In-depth knowledge of MEP Modeling for residential projects
• Experience working with construction documentation and detailing
• Previous experience working for the U.S Market
• Fluent English and Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create BIM models for residential projects, focusing on Architectural, Structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Develop 3D renderings to illustrate the concept and design of the projects
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment with project deadlines and overall project deliverables
• Coordinate MEP design development with architects and other stakeholders
