Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Expertise in Revit Arch and Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other BIM software
- In-depth knowledge of MEP Modeling for residential projects
- Experience working with construction documentation and detailing
- Previous experience working for the U.S Market
- Fluent English and Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Create BIM models for residential projects, focusing on Architectural, Structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Develop 3D renderings to illustrate the concept and design of the projects
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment with project deadlines and overall project deliverables
- Coordinate MEP design development with architects and other stakeholders
