Retail Fulfillment Associate

Summary

Join our team as a Seasonal Retail Shipping Associate and play a crucial role in order fulfillment operations for new retail openings and existing gorjana locations. This seasonal position offers the opportunity to extend based on business need.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to be flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work the majority of the day on your feet
• Ability to work from 2:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are picked, packed and processed following the Retail Fulfillment Guidelines
• Assist new store packout - matching inventory to fixtures, packing out backstock + non-inventory supplies
• Adhere to all pick and pack sequencing necessary to enhance efficiency
• Meet all benchmark requirements for units picked, packed and processed per hour
• Support with trips made to our off-site storage facility to load or unload branded packaging materials
• Remain cross trained in other revenue channels to support operations as needed throughout the year
