Summary

The job is for an AT&T Retail Sales Associate. The role involves representing AT&T in a store-within-a-store concept, engaging customers, showcasing products, and exceeding performance targets through outstanding sales and service. The ideal candidate should have a competitive spirit, strong drive to achieve, team-oriented mindset, continuous desire for self-improvement, eagerness to learn, focus on performance, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Create and execute effective sales strategies to attract new customers
• Engage customers and present our products and services in a busy retail setting
• Uphold AT&T standards and keep compliance at the forefront of every interaction
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers by providing personalized service

Preferred Qualifications

1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (Preferred)
